product itself is quite nice ... paired w phone and watch quickly. however the refurbished pair i purchased only last 2 hrs before dying - a real drag when u use ear pieces 4-6 hrs a day

I read the reviews and like most I felt there was more positive then negative. I’ve purchased many items from Best Buy and this is MY first poor review. Received them marked certified by Geek Squad. They were soiled and the case was scratched in many areas, loses charge rapidly doesn’t perform nearly as well as my Wife’s new set she bought. Very disappointed clearly a hit or miss with the used ones I’d steer clear.

They arent working well. Volume goes out on one the later comes back and no it's not the battery. Already figured that one myself.

They are broken after 10 months! I wonder if it is due to them being refurbished or did we get a bad product? I am sure that our Best Buy will take care of them for us.

I own a few sets of AirPods for the family. This refurbished pair was no good. One of the pods didn’t work correctly. Best Buy was good at letting me exchange them.

I purchased these for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately we had to return them due to the fact that one of the buds did not work. Wish The Geek Squad would have pre-tested them prior to sending them out. Case came all scratched up and there was no instructions in the Box as well. Was pretty disappointed because we've never had a problem with refurbished items from Best Buy

Refurbished ones didn’t work both at the same time had to return them and buy new ones. Not work saving a few bucks

Let me start by saying I received them in like new condition. PRO • Comfortable. • Great sound quality. • Great battery life for both the AirPods and their case. • Very easy to pair. • Can be paired to multiple devices from Apple or other brands. • Can be used in mono mode. • Support tapping features. CONS • NO voice command feature to Answer or Decline calls.

I recently purchased these certified refurbished AirPods only yo have them fall apart on month after the purchase. I immediately contacted Best Buy and was informed that because I did not purchase the extended warranty thier was nothing they could do. If you do decide to purchase this or any other refurbished item get the extended warranty!

The outer box was dirty. The plastic box the AirPods came in was dirty to. They did work!

Worked great for a few months then started to go off and on and discoloring also happened

Got a bad product, left ear won't work. At least they have a good return policy.

Didn’t fit well in my ears. Sound was mediocre. Seemed battery died quickly.

Lots of scratches on the charger so I have to return it.

Microphones quit working a few months in. Reset them and the microphones will work again for a bit but the quit again. Way too expensive for such problems. And I researched online and found lots of people with the same problem so it's not isolated to mine.

These things are great, I was concerned about them staying in my ears but have had zero issues with them falling out. Happy I went the refurbished route they look brand new and saved a couple bucks. So much easier to connect to my phone than other headphones plus the connecting never drops. Oh man I'm happy happy.

Never anymore....I bought refurbished headphones and they stopped to work after 10 days. I already sent them back and I would love to talk with somebody about that via my email! Nobody reacts on my e-mail I filled up online.

I bought these apple airpods and when i first tried them out i called one of my friends to show them and they couldn’t even hear me because the airpods microphone doesn’t even work. i need a refund please. asap

The same as the title, a lot of scratches. The box is covered with a very ugly paper and cannot be removed. No instructions in it. I will pay anther 20 to get a new.

I have 2 days with them, I had never bought repaired, the life of the battery lasted 2 hours and only one headset the other only lasted 40 minutes, without listening to music I only had it in my ear, lost time.
