I was exceptic to purchase this product, but i get the risk and try it, after i have it i really forget the price because are valuable to the product, the charge is true you could use like 5 hours with 1 charge and the case has 5 more opportunities to charge it, this are true you have around 25 hours in one 100% charge. and dont fall out,

I had to return the product because it keeps dropping off the line while talking on the phone or maybe the reason was I purchased refurbished.

Don’t buy spend the extra money and get the new ones these were dirty and really beaten up.

Don’t understand the appeal with these headphones. The sound quality is subpar to say the least. I could hear everything around me. Average for calls too. Pass.

So I was hesitant about purchasing refurbished Earpods as they were most likely in someone else’s ears. However saving $30 seemed worth it. I simply wiped them down with lysol and they were good as new. The Airpods shipped the same day and arrived four days earlier than expected. They are in great condition and appear to never have been used for more than a day. The microphone and speakers are much better than the apple headphones that come with the phone. They are a very high quality product, I am not a die hard Apple fan but these were a great purchase. They feel secure and I haven’t had any issues with them falling out. I had read some negative reviews about hair being on the Airpods when they were recieved. Unfortunately mine had hair on them as well. After a while I noticed that literally every piece of lint will stick on them and the case, which would be the reason the geek squad could not control every piece of lint that makes their way into the refurbished headphones. I have attached a picture for reference after rubbing them on a cloth. Every fiber will stick to them. Meaning the negative reviews most likely did not actually have human hair on them. The only improvement would be for the geek squad to not completely wrap the Airpods in their giant orange and black stickers and shipping labels. I had to cut open the box there were so many stickers on it.

I ordered new air pods and was mailed dirty refurbished ones for the price of new ones. Absolutely terrible!

These worked fine for the first 3 1/2 months. Then the right one quit working. Unfortunately the warranty was only for 90 days not 100.

The AirPods didn’t last more than one day. One ear piece worked fine but the other ear piece died within a few hours of opening the gift.

Do not stay in my ears whatsoever.they connect easy and seem like they would be awesome if they fit.

Bought this refurbished item and it didn’t work from the start. What it was returned for never got fixed before my purchased.

Returned for new pair. Paid the difference and all is good.

Returned battery wouldn’t stay charged no more than 3 hours. Returned them and bought a new pair and they work great

The product I received is damaged. Both the AirPods got deep scratches. Left AirPod doesn’t work well.

My “refurbished” AirPods were not refurbished. The Left AirPod doesn’t work, so I have to return them.

but mine came out defective. still trying to exchange them as im out of country right now

Was trying to save money by buying this one but one of the AirPods stopped working

I will say this never ever ever buy refurbished products better off getting new.

Not worth the price. Instead try Bose Free Sport Earbuds.

I returned them since they didn’t come with instructions.
