Scratches all over the case and even has earwax inside...

excellent sound and easy to sync with iphone, able to adjust with earbuds based on ear size

I ordered from ebay best buy store. I got additional $20 discount. this thing didn't disappoint me with the quality despite being a refurbished item. I was surprised when i saw the item, from packaging and actual airpod ,case & charging cable. it was almost like new. And I have been using it for 10 days and functions well. Battery of both airpod & cases works well. Same battery life i see it on a brand new. Sorry for the folks who had bad experience but i am pleased with my purchase.

I bought the refurbished AirPods for my son this last Christmas and he absolutely loves them. They were in great condition. The box looked a little worn but no biggie. He has gone on and on about these headphones so I had to order myself some. I can't imagine ever going back to regular headphones now. I also ordered refurbished. They look great. Again the box was a little beaten up but the headphones are fine. I love the sound quality. Perfect from listening to music to clicking over to a phone call. You will forget you are even wearing them!

Sounds great but whenever I connect to my iPhone or MacBook, there's a start up noise but only on the left and it's kind of scratchy, but after that, it sounds great. Don't know if that's only on my pair or what.

The Geek squad refurbished Airpods showed up clean all around and working perfectly in the original box.

The sound is amazing. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend.

Received the product just now. The box carried signs of wear and tear, so was the product itself. This was even a visible dent on one of the airpods. Will definitely return. A waste of time.

I had a pair of new AirPods that unfortunately I lost. You can’t track them in the case because they are offline so it was a huge blow to my ego and work life lol they were amazing. I found these refurbished ones online and decided to save a couple bucks by getting them instead of a new pair. Big big mistake. They looked fine on the outside. No scratches or anything on the case. AirPods themselves were clean. I was listening to music and it kept randomly pausing. I’d have to take them out of my ear and put them back in to reconnect them. The second day I was talking on the phone for work when all of a sudden it sounded like the person was in a tunnel then their voice got really slow and deep. It sounds almost demonic. Quite scary honestly. This has continued to happen. I’m not sure how in the world these got “geek squad approved” there is something seriously wrong with them. I am returning them, however, when I called I told them that even though it’s a defective item, I wanted to return them at the store so I could still temporarily use them for work. I get hundreds of phone calls a day for work and I need headphones. They said they were out of stock and to call at the end of the month to try and have them hold a new pair for me at the store. I’m hope it works out. I plan on exchanging them for a brand new pair and paying the difference. Totally not worth saving $20 to have a crappy item that doesn’t even work right. So disappointed.

Just spend the extra money and get the new ones if you are purchasing these for someone else. I got these as a gift for my son and the box is messed up and the case has scratches all over it. Not worth only saving $25. I will be returning these. I'm pretty disappointed.

Great Product, Love the wireless ear buds and charging case.

I had the AirPods less than two years and it already had issues staying connected. It kept disconnecting at close range even when my phone is in my hand. The battery would last for about 30mins when listening to music and won’t last past 10 mins talking. Called Apple support a few times and all they can talked about useless ways to troubleshoot. You would think for the price they charged it would last at least a couple of years and of course the warranty is only for 1 year. I’m a big fan of Apple and this makes my blood boils! #AirPods sucks!!!

Constant connection issues. It seems like I've got to go into my iPhone and reconnect these AirPods every time I want to listen to them. Battery died if not left in charging case. These were fully charged last night and were dead in the morning. Sound quality just average. My $15 wired earbuds sound better than these. Huge disappointment. These do not perform as advertised. This is one of my worst purchases ever.

Not sure how they work, bought A Geek Squad Certified pair.. The left one worked great the right one dead as a stump. To make a long story short ended up buying a new one at full price. Moral of the story buy a new one skip the Geek Squad Certified not to work version.. One star rating is for the Geek Squad not the product.

I bought a set of geek squad refurbished because I thought if I had any problems the manufacture warranty would cover it. However, most refurbished products are not covered by the warranty because they may have been originally purchases 1-3 years or more years before they are returned and resold. Now the mic doesn't work and I cant get it fixed.

Literally 1 day after the deadline to return, the right air pod quit working. I followed protocol on Apple Support, disconnected air pods from my Bluetooth to reset them, and now they are not recognizable on my phone. Spend the extra money and don't go with refurbished!!!!

They gave me a pair that were dirty. Pretty gross. I have pictures but I think people want to keep their lunch down.

I just received my refurbished airpods and the case is disgusting it’s so dirty and the case all around so scufffed. Not worth the refurbished price. Just buy them new.
