I got these for my daughter the end of March and they worked great up until now (the end of June) I don’t know what’s wrong with them but she lose all sound from them.

Apple Air pods are awesome! Certified refurbished is a joke!! I was appalled and felt cheated and lied to. Also it made for a big let down on Christmas morning. They arrived scratched and gunky. Like left over ear wax gunk. Scratched is also an understatement, there were deep gashes as if the ear buds had been scrapped on the cement. Returned them, and for $5 more got brand new ones. Oh, and on top of all of that, it says (Latest model) which is not true either..... so boooo to Best Buy.

Thought I was getting quality purchase as advised by salesman - unfortunately the right AirPod would not connect despite many efforts. Had to return

Product is good even though i bought them refurbished. But 6 months later the case stopped charging

Item came in original Apple packaging and was a great value for a quality product.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that these are being sole as refurbished since they obviously were not what I consider to be refurbished! The AirPods were still set up with someone else’s name and dirty which in my opinion should be sold as USED! It was embarrassing on my part because both pair were given both gifts! Shame on you Best Buy! I would not recommend these to anyone! You might as well take your chances on EBay or Craigslist since Best Buy obviously is not testing these earbuds and passing them off as refurbished!

No issues and since these are a second pair the w i point is good.

Purchased and waited the 5 days for pick up to be ready. My mistake assuming they’d use some of the time to make sure the item worked. My daughter put them on in Best Buy parking lot and immediately one AirPod didn’t work at all. Assumed it may need more of a charge. Nope. Completely defective. It would seem to me the bare minimum is to make sure the item works befor leaving store. Did BB chat. They apologized and said another pair is at store and confirmed it will be there. Drove back to store and kid without much concern said “nope. We don’t have.” Ok but I chatted w a rep and they said you do. Here is the transcript. “Nope we don’t have any at all.” Just a complete mess of a process from start to finish

When I got it, the left one was at 15% and the right was in 90% so I started to get scared. Now, after fully charging it all, the left still only has a 60% charge and the left and charger will both be at 100%. I’ve never been able to get the left ear to fully charge and it does faster. Would I be able to bring them in and get that fixed? I’ve only had them for maybe 3 weeks

Don't buy refurbished. They will break after 5-6 months of use.

The airpods did not work and unfortunate had to return them to get a new pair. I hope I have better luck with the next pair.

Apple refurbished AirPods worked out great for me no problems easy to use

No charging case included very upset dirty interior and not even in a box

These were "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished," but were not clean when I received them; I had to use an alcohol swab on them before use.

Sound quality not to great and no instructions. They were still synced to another persons name. I had to call Apple to figure out how to rename them.

I love Best Buy's Refurbished Option. Looks New!!!

One side of this item stopped working after few days of use. I returned it and bought a new one. I did not have any other problem after that.

Love them, do not hesitate to buy. Great value for the money.

Great product. Purchased certified refurbished but the right air pod kept making a clicking noise so had to return the set.
