The headphones arrived defective, with only one of the earbuds, working. Since this was a Christmas gift, we were unaware of this until after the holidays at which point the return window had closed. I have spoken to in-store representatives and managers, as well as an online representative, who have all basically told me that I am just out of luck and to cut my losses. Do not waste your money.

Less than 2 months in and one of them stopped working.

I will be trying to get my money back even though the return date is up because when i opened it for the first time i realized it doesn’t even work !they keep disconnecting why are you guys reselling broken AirPods ?

The Apple AirPods are just ok. The fall out my ear often and dob’t hold a charge that long.

I don’t use this product often But I am finding that the left ear doesn’t always play as required

Complete junk. Don't waste your time and money on these. They claim to be refurbished however they're not even close. I ordered 5 sets to give out as gifts to my employees and they arrived with dented, scratched, marked up boxes, bent users manuals, tape all over everything. The AirPods themselves were mismatched, discolored, scratched up, and dirty. These cannot be given as gifts of any sort let alone kept for this price. For a few dollars more you can purchase new AirPods with the wireless charging case. Not to mention when returning all 5 pairs, you have to return them all at once in the store or you have to ship 1 back at a time. I'm not going into the store to return these during COVID. Come on Best Buy.. you're company used to be trust worthy to purchase refurbished electronics from. Returned all 5 sets. Won't purchase any refurbished items from Best Buy Geek Squad in the future.

Apple Needs to put more functionality in Thi EarPods if they are charging that much for it

Great item. Arrived in perfect condition and perform just like new. Apple and Best Buy make a great team for many of my purchases.

Defective item delivered after waiting for more than a week Stopped by store @ Mcknight Road Pittsburgh. Customer service representative was of no use, he couldn't provide any price match nor give any sort of discount. Worst experience. Will never ever buy anything from Best Buy!

Can see noticeable wear on the case. And the wrong charging cord was sent, was not an Apple charger.

I got them refurbished but from time to time has blue tooth connection problems .

Bought these Sept 17th for my daughter, well she told me that the left one just buzzes and it started a few weeks ago. It will kinda work she says.. Thats disappointing, guess thats what I get for going with a refurb...

I loved these airpods but my right earbud died within a year. :(

did not work, consistent beeping sound in one ear. when i contacted support they told me i had to physically go into a location for a refund…i don’t have a best buy near me, there’s a reason i ordered it online. very frustrating. would never use best buy for refurbished products again.

The battery died after 4 months & won't recharge. It lasted just past the 90 day limited warranty. Complete waste of money. I will not buy Geek Squad certified refurbished again.

Had to return and none in stock to replace them. Left side worked left did not.

They don’t work. Won’t connect to iPhone, need to return to the store for reconfiguration but I don’t have the extra $ for the Uber

You should really get beats AirPods are so easy to misplace it’s not worth it

Apple warranty is effective as when it was originally registered in June. I bought the certified AirPods in November. Basically I lost nearly half the warranty and I can even add AppleCare on it. Overall working AirPods but would have rather had the warranty assurance
