They were terribly scratched and it looked as Though the charging case has been bitten and Chewed on. This was not worth the money you Might as well buy the new ones , cause these aren’t it . I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase and I can’t get a refund so I’m lucked out . Honest review

I charged them up and it was at 100%, but then one dropped in 2 minutes to 20%. I took it back to the physical store 20 days later, and they told me the return window was 14 days and there was nothing they can do because it was a "refurb". That's weak no to back your product up.

They make buzzing noise before connecting to device.

It was my first time I had bought something refurbished and only the left ear AirPod worked I went back and returned it. Was it my bad luck? I thought that refurbish meant there were something wrong w them but the problem was fix. Not that the item is sold again with the same defect.

I ordered the GSSR Airpods 2 thinking that it should be all good since it's certified refurbished but it turns out that one of the ear piece isn't working properly. It does charge but it doesn't work. I tired resetting them yet nothing. No doubt the quality and everything is perfect the 1 star is for the poor quality of the certification, not the airpods. I still love them!

I Receive my AirPods without a charging cable and when I called BestBuy in Fairview Heights ILL 62208 They were very rude to me because I bought this item refurbish, they refuse to give me a charging cable. they said it dint come with one ,but that was not true because I bought 2 and the other pair had one with it.I was very insulted.I have spent a lot of money with BestBuy over the years.

Broken on receipt. Only one of the ear pieces worked at all but claimed connection. Unable to charge or hold a charge

Both airpods worked at first, but now only the right one does. I tried forgetting the device and connecting it again as well as restarting my network settings both of these attempts weren’t fruitful. Such a bummer.

My daughter likes the airpods, however they were overpriced.

This is not an item you want to buy refurbished...

I didn’t even take the time to see if they worked. They were very worn and were very dirty. I was really surprised Best Buy sold a refurbished product like this. I took them back to the store and returned them immediately. I would not recommend buying refurbished from best buy

Right AirPods is pretty low can’t hear much from the right one but other than that they good

Purchased and they stopped working within 45 days and I was told - sorry its outside the 15 day return period. What is the point of recertified. Total scam

The Geek Squad Certified Refurbished is meaningless. I realized the force sensor did not work on the left AirPod a little over 3 months after I purchased these (fortunately for Best Buy, immediately after the 90 warranty ran out). I continued to use them. Now 8 months after my purchase, the left AirPod has failed completely. I try to support my local brick & mortar stores. But after this experience, I doubt I will be using Best Buy for such purchases in the future and will turn to Amazon.

I loved this for the 2-1/2 months that they worked , then one day the left one just stopped working and now the right one isnt holding a charge well now .

I have mixed feelings about this item. This is the second pair that I purchase and the battery life for the earpiece doesn't last. Listening time is great but not the talk time. Talk time is less than 30 mins.

box was dirty, outside and inside. airpods themselves were dirty. no lightning cable included. would not purchase again. returning asap.

the earbuds were crackling and not working well. there was a lot of static. the design of the earbuds are also flawed,they dont stay in the ear while running or even walking. I found myself wearing headbands to keep them in place. to me, theyre not worth it and I would much rather wear my bulky beats headphones than these earbuds. lastly the quality of phone calls is also poor, plus dont plan on using these for remote conference video calls,the blue tooth does not sync to zoom.
