The battery life is very short compared to other airpods. Disappointed.

worked for less than a month before the left airpod stopped working and i had to go to apple to get it replaced .

I will never buy a refurbished item from best buy again! After a few weeks I start to notice that the case wont hold a charge. Now I'm seeing I'm unable to return the item. Even though it came with 6 months of AppleCare its still the point that I got a bad pair of airpods! I should have to get them fixed after only a month of having them. Very disappointed.

Didn't last through the return period. This was my second attempt at purchasing refurbished to save the environment. Didn't work for me - I purchased Air Pods Pro new. Oh well, there will be another chance.

Fake AirPods. Left bud didn’t work and they didn’t even make that connection sound when putting them in my ear. When I placed them back in the case they were still playing music. Save your money and don’t get this.

My air pods stoped work after the buying them a few years ago.

I returned it because it was not working . When I talk in it it keeps cutting off. So I think it's defective

I knew I was taking a gamble. Didn’t want new ones. Bought to use for work. The batteries lasted maybe three hours. Obviously buying refurbished you don’t know exactly what was refurbished so it’s a crap shoot. If I was going to use them sparingly I would have kept them. However, I needed them for an 8-10 hr work day. Went back to my wired set.

It never arrived so I had to contact Best Buy to send me another pair then it was delayed so I just decided to pick it up which for some reason I have to wait a whole another week

This particular set came encrusted with the previous owner's earwax. Disgusting

this airpods came with out it’s original box, dirty and useless. They would connect and disconnect constantly every minute and the battery was trash. on 100% they would last no more than 15 min.

I would never buy another product as open box or refurbished. The AirPods were literally used and dirty. I could not believe how this product is on the market in this condition.

I bought this as a gift for my wife for Christmas. The right AirPod did not work. I returned these AirPods and although Best Buy offered me a new pair, not refurbished, I was charged an additional $16. That’s not much, but still frustrating nonetheless.

Great product. Left ear bud did not work. Still using but would like a replacement.

I purchased these refurbished ear pods as a git because I trusted Best Buy. They worked great for about six months. Unfortunately COVID hit and Best Buy stores closed except for online purchases. When stores had modified openings I contacted Best Buy about the problem and was told they were past the warranty time. I will never purchase a Best Buy refurbished product again. They don’t stand behind their work.

Have to return them they won’t hold a charge and 1 ear bud isn’t working
