They would connect and disconnect constantly every minute and the battery was trash. on 100% they would last no more than 15 min.

refurbished batteries not great

The right AirPod did not work. I returned these AirPods and although Best Buy offered me a new pair, not refurbished, I was charged an additional $16. That’s not much, but still frustrating nonetheless.

Don’t buy from Geek Squad

The headphones were sent to me dirty. Quit working after 9 months which wouldn’t have been a problem had I bought the from Apple directly. But with Best Buy Geek Squad is only 90 days warranty(I wasn’t aware) otherwise I’d have never bought from them. Since the only savings is 9 dollars compare to the regular priced item.
