Plsss just buy brand new one straight from the factory. GeekSquad Refurbished is terrible at making sure the durability is solid on the product

I tried to take one back to the store and wasn’t able to because the box and serial number didn’t match. Come to find out i was sent the wrong AirPods and I’m stuck with them. This is not a review of Best Buy. The issues are across the board with every retailer. The only fault that lands in Best Buys lap is that they know this is a widespread issue and they still are selling these pieces of crap.

Never refurbished again
