This is not a review of Best Buy. The issues are across the board with every retailer. The only fault that lands in Best Buys lap is that they know this is a widespread issue and they still are selling these pieces of crap.

Never refurbished again

Bought a pair for the wife and had to do the same thing with them,take them back and get the new ones. Would not recommend the refurbished ones to anyone. Just go ahead and buy the good ones.
