Did not work

Bought a pair for the wife and had to do the same thing with them,take them back and get the new ones. Would not recommend the refurbished ones to anyone. Just go ahead and buy the good ones.

They Don't Work and No One Will Help Me

I thought having Geek Squad would help if there were any issues and there is no way to contact them.

Disgusting and Disappointed

The case and the individual headphones were disgusting. For the price that I paid for them, I shouldn’t have received a product in this condition.
