Disgusting and Disappointed

The case and the individual headphones were disgusting. For the price that I paid for them, I shouldn’t have received a product in this condition.

Big let’s down

The left AirPod didn’t work at all and the right sounded like it got dropped in water. The big lesson is be careful buying refurbished products but I still love the store.

I buy air pods for a gift and when they open them today, they look like they have been used and now when I call to speak with somebody, nobody answers the phone.

Very inconvenient and I believe I had to pay to have them shipped to me... Worst experience
