Stopped charging

They charge to about 20% and that’s all. Not happy with this expensive purchase, for only 5-6 months of use, and light use at that.

Constant loud popping sound

Had to call about 3 separate times to fix it and to not get charged for new ones that were cancelled with hardly any notification.

AirPods can be easily stolen and reset with no rec

Apple support said they could not do anything even with the serial number and tried to insinuate that I removed them from find my device

Tried to return them, and no one would help me. Said to go talk to Apple and no one would help me from either store. Do not buy best buy refurbished appliances or electronics, I thought I could trust Geek Squad because I have had good experiences with them before, but they trick you into taking your money.

They don't work at all

Do not work
