The charging case was a bit inconsistent when I first bought the product, however, I haven’t had any problems since. I bought this pair for my mom on her bday and so far she is super impressed. If you have an iPhone, these headphones communicate perfectly and even announce incoming notifications so you don’t have to check your phone!

They have held battery well, sync up just fine, great audio quality. I use them much more than I though I would

The ease of use and connection was awesome. The only downfall is they hurt my ears after 2 hours of use. Unfortunately they were not comfortable so I could not keep them. I even tried amazon cushion covers and nope still painful. If they don’t hurt your ears you need these.

Pleasantly surprised!

Great for music, sucks for phone calls

Buying refurbished is worth it!
