Came in original packaging. When I connected them with my iPhone, the software wasn't reset to factory, someone had already "named" the aipods but it was easyto reset them myselves. Battery seems to be fine, it's hard to measure if I get exactly what Apple advetises.

The headphones were great quality, had no visible scratches, and looked new. If it werent for the "renewed" labeling when i placed them into my cart, i would have thought they were brand new.

Great Apple Accessory

The quality of the earbuds is wonderful. They are not too bulky. They can be a little expensive but worth the cost

Happy, but surprised...

When I tried to pair them... “Stud Muffin” was the name of the AiPods. Would have thought the name would have been cleared. Made me a little nervous as to how much they truly were refurbished. As of right now though, they are continuing to work well.

Good AirPods

The AirPods automatically customized my name into them. They sound great. Although, the packaging was pretty messy and had scratches on it. Otherwise, than that all was good.

My son uses them everyday, and he has not had any issues with them. This is the 2nd pair of headphones I have purchased that were refurbished. 1st pair was for me, and this 2nd pair was for him! We've purchased several Apple AirPods over the years, as almost everyone in the family has them now. The last two pairs have been factory refurbished, as the quality is as good as the new, but for a discounted price. We have purchased the insurance plan a couple of times, but have not had to use it.
