I enjoy using them especially me being a busy mom and always having to make appointments or having to plan something I don’t need to be next to my phone the air pods allow me to leave my phone on the charger while I go and do other things !

For the price they are I think they should last longer. The sound is much quieter now and whenever someone calls me my voice is muffled and unclear when utilizing the AirPods. They have also begun to not automatically connect to my phone when I put them in my ears.

With BestBuys Geek Squad Certification on refurbished items, I was able to purchase these Apple AirPods at a lower price point and be confident that they were going to work like new ! I highly recommend both these headphones and any of BestBuy's Certified Refurbished products.
