Came in very good condition

It came with what looked like an unused headphone, charging cable, and adapter. I think it's still too pricey but that's the going price sadly. At least it's a few hundred dollars cheaper than a new one.

No quality control

Best Buy literally sold me a BENT iPhone. Unless you are getting a great discount, do not risk it with the preowned iPhones. These are not up to the standards a refurbished product from Apple sets.
