The glitch was when we were told it would be available on Monday only to be told it was on back order without a fulfillment date. BB Customer Service stepped in and rerouted inventory and had the product shipped direct. Great job covering an over promise.

Better than Android

I went with this product for longest range of updates from the manufacture. Android fails to provide OS/security updates more than 1 - 3 years. We have prior generations of iPads at the house. Only difference is in the screen (slightly more reflective).

I compared Best Buy with the Apple Store and found the pricing better at B.B. After doing my research and making my decision it only took me a few minutes to come in and make my purchase, complete with Apple Care.
