This is so nice. I traded in a very old iPad for a reduction in price. I am very happy with my purchase. I think the mini takes better pictures but I still like this better

Was looking for a device to provide mobility for photography business while also meeting some personal needs. The device is responsive (quick) and stable which goes a long way when in front of a customer. Setup with my camera as a remote was a snap and the reliability has been exceptional.

I traded in my iPad 2 before this was available in stores, so I had to order it. It arrived about a week later. I was concerned about whether the cloud could duplicate the contents from my old iPad. Well, the transfer was seamless and my new iPad's content mimics the old one. I couldn't be more pleased.

I wanted to replace my four-year-old iPad with an upgraded model. In researching the prices on several websites I found Best Buy to be the best value. I went to the store to purchase and staff were responsive and helpful in answering additional questions as well as completing my purchase.

My old iPad had worn out and I replaced it with this. It was a returned item which saved me a ton of money. The staff helped my find the best deal and then moved all of my apps and data over from my old iPad. I am really happy with the new iPad and very happy with Best Buy support.

This tablet has so much stuff for kids to enjoy, and Apple does a pretty good job making parental filtering of content easy. The one downside isn't a downside of this product, but the industry. There really isn't a great selection of cases yet, but I'm sure third parties will catch up.

Have been long time iPad users. Needed to upgrade our first unit... product works as expected with a few nice surprised like the picture in picture when we are multi-tasking... tv app is running in corner while working on a search or email in the main viewing Area. Definitely recommend.

This is for my son who is middle school aged. The iPad is a good all purpose tablet. We didn’t need all the bells and whistles of the Pro level, and the Mini wasnt going to cut it. Wish they were still making the Air...we also have the Air 2 and that seemed like a better value.

I using this Ipad for more than year and no issues except the slow charging. If Apple provide any software update to make fast charging, it would be great. Overall build quality, built-in speaker sound and Retina display Resolution are awesome.

I purchased a Logitech Slim Folio for my I-Pad on line from the Best Buy website. When it was delivered and I opened it there was no documentation in the box, there was no plastic sleeve around the Folio and the tab that keeps the batteries fresh was missing. It was obvious that Best Buy sent me a product that had been used and probably returned. When I attempted to sync the folio to my I Pad I could not get it to work. After consulting with a tech from Logitech he advised me to return the folio to a Best Buy Store. The nearest store was 18 miles away from me but I drove there and was able to exchange it for a working NEW Folio and the customer service rep saw to it that the Folio was synced to my I Pad. I was happy with the customer service but I am still upset that I was shipped not only a defective product but one that had been opened and used. It cost me an hour and a half of my time and my gas. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer and recently purchased the I Pad on line from them but now I will think again before buying another product on line from them.

Recently purchased new iPad .its faster than air 2. Regarding display I think Air 2 is better.i was happy with purchase for my family but felt Air 2 was better.

My siblings and I purchased the new iPad for our mom and she is loving it! She had apparently worn her old one out after five years of use, as it was breaking apart at the side seams. Honestly she never asks for much but she wanted this and is thrilled with it. Highly recommend.

Always wanted one and finally I got one. What a great gift to myself. Easy to use, it's teaching me all sorts of great things on how it works. Don't know how I ever lived without it. The price wasn't all that expensive. Great value. I recommend it for the young and older.

You know you bought something very special when your wife wants to confiscate the iPad version for her personal use!! She loves it!! I need to buy another!!

I ordered this iPad about 3 weeks ago and was very happy with it, but when Apple released a new version, I returned this one and bought the new one.

Upgraded from a prior model. New one works similar. Nice new camera gives good pics and video. Feels sturdy and solid. No issues so far.

It is so nice to have a current working Ipad as my last one was so old it wouldn't even do updates anymore. This one works very well and is so much faster.
