My husband is computer illiterate, so I bought him an iPad as an introduction into the world of technology. He loves his iPad! No problems with using the touch screen or navigating the web. It was the best purchase I could have made for him. He is very happy with it.

Typical iPad quality. Great fit and finish. Notably fast processor. Only negative is that there are still no cases being produced for this model.

Great product with endless possibilities. Easy to use. Only complaint is Best Buy charging $75.00 to transfer data from 1-IPad to the new one.

Come on...it's the newest iPad...of course it's wonderful out of the box. :-) However, I had outstanding "geek squad" support to pick out the right model for me. And Best Buy had a large inventory in stock at the store. All is well...thanks from Scotty at CoinFinders

This is a great upgrade for my ipad air. The new ipad air is much faster and I purchased a bigger storage 128K for my ebooks, photos and videos!

Ipad works great. Set up is a breeze, especially if you already have an Apple product. Only issue I had was that this item was purchased for me by someone else thru my account. Because of this, all the warranty documentation is in the other persons name.

This was purchased to upgrade my first generation mini and immediately experienced the improvements. Best decision I've made in a long while.

I hadn't shopped at Best Buy in years because I always found it confusing and no one around to help. This time I was helped in a timely manner and the check out was easy. The price wasn't the lowest I found but Best Buy was in my path of travel so I bought there.

I love my iPad. I had a first generation i Pad, but it just can't keep up with the new ones, so I shopped for several months and decided on the one I wanted. I found it and at at the best price at Best Buy. I am please with its features and with the look.

Wouldn't leave home without my iPad! This is my second iPad. My first one died. I have tried two other brands and in my opinion, the iPad is the best of all of them. The iPad Pro is thinner than my first iPad so I am adjusting to that, otherwise I love my iPad!

this ipad works as expected. I don't have much experience with ipads, and got this as a gift. But I've not heard any complaints regarding it.

So happy to get my new IPAD with the extended memory. Only issue is not being able to enter password from previous IPAD for YAHOO Account.

bought this to replace my wife's 3rd generation machine. This one is much more responsive and has great look and feel. Wish, however, that I'd known that a new version was a just a few months away. Very happy with BestBuy sales service in the store.

Quite pleased, except hard for me to remember all the "swipe" motions necessary to bring up various screens, especially the one that shows apps running in the background. Know I am old school, but would really like to have ability to plug in at least one external devise, besides headphones, rather than relying on bluetooth connectivity. Next tablet will have cellular and wifi capability, so I can use it virtually anywhere.

its good but i lost 80 dollars and i paid more , for the same product 128 gb, that too new products should not down the price such a drastically., are there any chances to get my 80 dollar back. pleas help me out on this. i am a valuable customer.

Larger print and more memory is the reason behind the purchase. Plus it’s a Apple. Started with Android and now I am with the best!

My daughter wanted an IPAD for college. she was tired of taking her laptop to class and thought that the IPAD would be more convenient to use while in the classroom. she has been extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Don't see the difference between this version vs the brand new one. Take advantage of the price drop and purchase this version.

This Ipad replaces one where the battery has died. It was cheaper to a buy a new Ipad that replace the battery from Apple. Best Buy had a better price than Apple - so I have now a have new Ipad in hand. Works just as great as the original one.

Apple products have always been my first choice when it comes to computers and iPads. Very easy to use and Apple is there to help should a question arise..........Best Buy personal made sure that I got the best price possible!! Happy shopper.
