For the price ($250) it was good. it was replacing an iPad Air. If you needed pen input then you can pay $329 for the latest model and $99 for a pen. I have a pen with my Pro 9.7" but for most people I would not recommend it. I use it for sketching ideas and as a finer pointing device.

Verry Easy to cary and use

I was amazed at all I could do with it. Like all Apple products, I find it very easy to use right out of the box. Setup is so easy. It is no replacement for my MacBook , but for music, social media, pictures, etc. it is much easier to sit down anywhere with.

Good when on sale

For someone who used to just use the Ipod touch, this was a big upgrade for my mobile gaming experience. The components are superior to the most recent ipod touch and with no annouced ipod series release in the near future, this makes it a smart purchase for a mobile gamer.
