Debated for a while between this and the pro and can't justify the need for all the performance the the pro has. This was a good purchase for my needs. Opted for this over an iPad Air 2 because it's newer, it most likely will have more software updates later on

I am currently in law school so I am constantly writing or reading for class. Some of my books are available to read online and I use the iPad for this. I also like how convenient it is to carry around and use. The battery life is amazing. This is a great iPad.

The iPad does what we want it to do effortlessly. What I really liked about this purchase was after a long, fruitless search on Black Friday a friendly but obviously worn down Best Buy salesperson had me in and out the door in no time.

Hooked up with bluetooth keyboard and protective jacket. It becomes the perfect "lap-top computer" for traveling senior citizen with limited computer skills. FaceTime with grandkids with good quality graphics. Great pics, Apple-easy to use. Love it.

We have had an ipad for a number of years and have found it very useful. So useful we decided we needed another to make sure one was always available when it was needed (wanted). We have had this new one about an month and it is performing as expected.

This iPad is great if you never owned an iPad before. It’s the cheapest model, which is ideal for people trying getting to know it for the first time. Battery life is pretty good too. No need to charge it for a couple of days, if you use it casually.

This is my first apple device. I am impressed with the ease of use once you get use to it. I got it mainly so my wife can facetime to children who both have iphones. I would suggest it to my friends and family who have not joined the apple family yet.

Would likely by again my kids love watching all the movies on netflix off of it
