This product was easy to set up. My daughter used it for school and haven’t had any problems with it.

Not sure if it's the actual model I received, a general hardware issue for this gen iPad or what....but, while the processing itself seems fast, the touch responsiveness is glitchy. Sometimes there are delays when entering in the passcode, for example. Other times I have to tap an app more than once to open it. And, separate issue, it occasionally freezes on media apps. I bought this to replace my 4th Gen iPad, which was awesome. However, it had only 4GB of memory and I couldn't use it for much more than watching tv / Netflix / etc. or streaming music. and, it was starting to lag when searching the web and such. Kind of disappointed in this new model. Maybe my experience is common and that's why they were moving them so cheap? If you're going to do more than enjoy entertainment media on it, you may want to spring for a higher end model.

This tablet allows me to save my battery on my actual phone while still enjoying the same luxuries, just on a bigger screen.

Own an IPad Air 1st gen. Love it and it was a perfect time to give my mother an iPad. Easy for her to use instead of a laptop.

When looking at all of the iPads on the market, this fit right in middle of everything (size, cost, generation). Awesome product.

Like how you can easily connect family members to different app. Sharing calendar and notes makes scheduling so easy.

Light weight and screen size are perfect. Should it for personal use but find it to be very useful for work when traveling.
