We messed up the authentication and drove down Best Buy on a Saturday and the Geek Squad took care of us immediately, stayed with us until we totally operational and handed us a business card to call them directly if we needed any additional help (we didn't need more help but kept their card

Up grade from a mini ipad

My main worry was transferring all my music and books and photos. The price was great and my ipad arrived on time and well packaged. After minimal set up I had everything up and running and I love the size, capabilities and the better sound thru the speakers. Best Buy has always faithfully provided the best items at the best cost and with the best service.
