We messed up the authentication and drove down Best Buy on a Saturday and the Geek Squad took care of us immediately, stayed with us until we totally operational and handed us a business card to call them directly if we needed any additional help (we didn't need more help but kept their card

Sometimes I have connectivity issues but that could be my internet provider. I love how lightweight it is and it doesn't not get warm when I use it for a long period of time like Amazon Kindle has a tendency to do. Overall very pleased with my purchase. I would also recommend purchasing the otter box case it, makes taking it on the go more comfortable. I worried about dropping it.
