Excellent good working condition loved this apple product

Called before I went over to ensure it was in stock and was told you had a 64GB and that you would hold it for me for one hour; when I got there, the 64BG was not available and I took the 124GB at a higher cost. Inadequate help, waited and waited.

bought this ipad for kids, and it's fine. Nothing great. Screen is bright and clear. I think it is a quad-HD screen, so the text is clear. Since you can't put in SD cards, get a lightning USB memory stick for more memory.

that's about it, there's nothing amazing about the iPad. Spend the cash on a larger screen smartphone and use your laptop for real computing and productivity.

Buy only if you are within apple eco system. I work in healthcare, iPad is the only system hospital approves so I need it for work and emails. Device is pretty but useless out side of specific use scenarios.

Besides the fact that they have become the symbol of "Good Taste", they aren't that great. Some products are even better. But unfortunately, that's just the way society works.

I have waited years to purchase my first iPad. This is so lightweight and fast! Didn't know how much I would love it until now. Easy to get started, download apps, and navigate the software, etc. Only drawback for me is not easily being able to transfer photos from netbook to iPad (thousands). You won't be disappointed.

First I was sold an Ipad Air rather than an Air 2. After lengthy exchange process and other difficulties, I took home an Ipad Air 2. Found out the sound was defective. Took it back again and BB was out and had no way to say when they would get more. I had to go to the Apple store in a more distant city and wait more. Finally got what I wanted in the first place. The finished product that works is great.

does everything that i required in a tablet. i am content with it.

I'm not sure if its just the best buy I went to because to be honest I have had trouble at this location before but the service was terrible. I waited for a long time to get help. Eventually I went to find my own help and unfortunately it was the Samsung guy. Of course he told me that he only does their products. Eventually I found someone but they had to page for me. No one came. I found another person and finally someone came to help. I guess 3 times is the charm. What makes me the most mad, is he forgot to add my reward zone points even though we talked about it. I tried to add the points on line but did not work. I sent an email to their customer service but all they did was tell me to call. Things must be tough lately at Best Buy because I had to beg for help and now I have to beg for my points. Thankfully the product is great! Oh well!

This version of the iPad is smaller, thinner, lighter and MUCH FASTER. The gold color is awesome and elegant. I have really gotten a LOT of use out of this product and know that I will for years to come. Great product!

If you love Apple, you'll probably like this, but it is basically a tool designed to turn you into a mindless consumer. It is a tool designed for consumption of advertising and information and little more. Overpriced compared to other tablets.

Love the size, speed, touch id, display, weight, etc. Use it all the time at home when I don't want to drag out the laptop. I got the model with AT&T cellular but discovered that it just too big to take around town when shopping, going to dr's office, etc. so I will use my ipad mini for that.

It's definitely not worth the money. I should have bought something else.

Look, I love technology and appreciate the value of other tablets. I don't claim ignorantly that the iPad Air 2 is the perfect tool for everyone; but the combination of power, performance, usability, content, and asthetics make this a great choice. No, it isn't a gigantic upgrade from the last model; and I too am waiting for significant interface update in iOS (visually - let's enable something along the lines of windows-like live tiles or something). But if you can afford it; a great tablet that will meet most people's needs.

This iPad is lighter than previous model and the touch Id is definitely helpful to unlock the iPad

All of a sudden the iPad doesn't turn on at all. No warning it just stopped working.
