I like it, but a bit heavy if you like carrying with you. The silver looks good.

Bought this for my wife as an early Christmas present, and as a replacement for her old iPad Air, which we traded in. Really nice. Love the improved screen and other enhancements. Haven't used the cellular capability yet, but found it useful on the old tablet when we traveled. We highly recommend this new iPad 2 Air.

I'm an Android user and am tied to the Google ecosystem in just about every aspect of tech. I have yet to find a tablet that comes close to the iPad, not in terms of hardware but for the app support. Two areas that matter at least to me are aviation apps and music. There are way too many iOS-only applications for me to consider an Android tablets (Presonus is one example...Digital mixing and sound production). Foreflight and Garmin both have support for iOS and Android but the Android port on both is poorly implemented. Excellent display and battery life are superb. The thin profile is both a plus and minus. It's extremely portable and light but susceptible to damage. Highly recommend a sturdy case to prevent warping or bending for road warriors.

Very thin tablet, real fast, much thinner than my Samsung 10.1

I had an iPad 2 for many years, still works fine but we needed a second one in the household and decided to get one that had cellular capabilities too when needed so decided on the iPad Air 2 with cellular. Love being able to verbally give commands and find information quickly no matter where you are. Always the "go to" device of choice.

My iPad purchase is one of the best to date! Having the iPad allows me to essentially work from anywhere. I can access all my computer files and emails anywhere I go and the built in WiFi ensures I am always connected. The only thing I wish I had done differently was purchased the one with the most GB available. I find I have to delete certain apps or content when my memory is running low.
