I love pictures!! I take the camera connect with me when we have family events. I take my sisters & moms memory cards upload the pictures to my iPad and voila, I have their pictures instantly. It beats waiting for them to send them to me. I wish we could export pictures from our iPad to the memory card. The upload of pictures takes no time at all, well if you don't have 1,000 or more to do. It tells you if the pictures were already downloaded, so no duplication. I even showed a friend who has an iPad, and she went out and bought one. Great Item!

Great way to transfer photos to the iPad. Be warned, this is only for photos. Worked with my Canon PowerShot SX210.

Excellet method for getting photos from your digital SLR camera on the iPad while traveling or in the field...

This is so eaasy to use! all you have to do is plug your camera in to the ipad via the proper plug-in. Downloading pics is so easy.

Perfect for uploading pics onto you Ipad. Works as advertised.

Its handy to have around, makes editing much easier. Not really worth the cost, but it's an Apple product. (over priced)

This does just what you need it to do, and it does it well. A product that allows me to almost instantly review my photos and videos while on vacation.To be a bit picky, you cannot enlarge and inspect the previews before deciding whether or not to import. The connection kit is simple to use and great.

Took on trip to Italy and could instantly download pics and share online. Easy, quick and nice gaget for a good price.

This camera connection kit works fine for viewing pictures on the go so you can upload or e-mail them without needing a laptop. It even handled the very large file sizes from my Canon 60D without much lag on the iPad 2. I don't see much need for the USB connector unless your camera takes a non-SD memory. It would be nice if Apple came up with other uses for it in the future or wrote an API into iOS that would allow developers to use it for other purposes.

I bought this primarily for backing up and displaying digital photos while traveling so I don't have to bring the laptop. It works just fine. I only use the one connector that accepts a USB cable, because it works for both my DSLR and point/shoot cameras. I just put the connector and a 12" USB cable in my camera bag and I don't worry about losing a whole vacation of photos because of a card failure.

The kit worked as desired. Now I can transfer fotos from my digital camera to my Ipad which I can bring along with me all the time.

I read a lot of reviews which made me wonder if this would work. I followed the directions and connected my Canon Powershot G12 to my new (3rd gen) iPad. The iPad recognized the camera immediately and began showing thumbnails of all my photos. There were a couple of hundred. I chose several to import and soon had my photos on my iPad. I haven't tried the SD card reader but expect it to work flawlessly like all my Apple products.

Works great...ideal for on the go applications...birthday parties and loading pictures to Facebook or emailing to family and friends

Buy it! If you like taking great pics on a camera, and incorporating them into an iPad, this is how you do it. I transfer them directly using the memory card. Couldn't be easier.

I like the style and how easy it is to use with digital camera which is a canon. Makes downloading of photos a snap. I would recommend it to everyone with an IPad.

This does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have only used the SD card reader, but it transferred my photos from the card to my iPad efficiently.

Just insert the sd card into the connection kit then plug into iPad photos upload it's just that easy.
