Worked effectively and quickly with iPad as card reader. Did not use the USB and camera connector.

i purchased the product for my girlfriend who was very eager to use the instagram feature on her iPad. Unfortunately when using the usb adapter it states it is unable to supply power to the device. When using the card adapter the product works wonderfully which is great except that you have to take the card out each time you want to download pictures.

Didn't care to have to buy both connectors, when all I wanted was the SD memory chip connector.

Will only download pictures, no video. If you think your going to be able to access an external hard drive through this connection think again. I selected yes on recommending but I would also explain it's limitations.

Worked great for moving pictures and video to the iPad.

I've enjoyed the ability to immediately sync my Sony camera to my iPad without using my computer.

I had my photos moved from my camera to Ipad2 in no time.

This product has limited useability, as Apple has restricted it use in current versions of iOS. If you need on the road access to information it works all right, but cloud options seem better.

Bought this, thinking that I could also download word documents and other files, but found out in a training class at the Apple store that this device could only be used for pictures and videos on the iPad2. The sales people at the Best Buy store were not very knowledgeable about this device.

Great product, i just wish you could hook up more than a camera:/

Despite the name, this doesn't work with my camera, an Olympus StylusTough. It says it consumes too much power when you plug it in. After a lot of reading, it appears this is the case with a lot of cameras and started happening with a fairly recent iOS update. You would think Apple would get their act together, since both are under their control, but it doesn't appear to be happening. I kept the kit because it does work if I pull the micro SD card out of the camera and plug it into the kit. It works but it isn't what I envisioned when I purchased the kit.

Product works great my wife can even use it with ease.

Faster and easier way to transfer pictures to iPad.

I bought the connector thinking that I could connect USB drive, but I the iPad did not let me do it. It was ok by a geek squad person at best buy. So just buy it for sd card.

It is easy to connect but it only reads pictures, nothing else.
