Great product, bad company policies

The first 2 I bought online were not cellular capable. Which I didn't know until I took them to get added to my account in February. My bad I guess, for not being technically savvy, or reading the exchange policy. They were more than nice to tell me that they would "buy" them back (one of which was still wrapped in plastic) for $150. Welll, I couldn't very well let my boys go without one, at that point, so I had to spend an additional $600+ for 2 new ones. Not that it matters to Best Buy but I will never buy anything else from em!

Cracked immediately, even with case on it
