This mini replaced an old, first retina version iPad in the standard size screen. I much prefer the smaller screen size of the mini. In addition, I have Google Project Fi for my phone service and I got a Data Only SIM card hoping it would work. Sure enough, the SIM card works beautifully. In addition, I travel to China regularly and with the SIM I get high speed internet over in China as well. Makes for much more convenient travelling overseas! Though I prefer android for my phones. I think Apple still has the best Tablet option out there.

Easy to hold with two hands and compact to use than the other I pads

This is the fifth iPad that I have purchased since the release of the first iPad and it is the first Mini that I have purchased. The build quality is still first rate and as an "Apple integrated home" it was the perfect addition. Set up was easy (as Apple products always are) and the seamless integration with my other Mac and iOS products makes for a great user experience. I recommend the iPad Mini 4 highly.

I've been very happy with this device. I had the 1st version of this device and this is a major upgrade. The screen has incredible clarity - everything is super sharp and detailed. From a processing perspective- it's quick. Apps open very fast, and the devic is very responsive. I use this at home on wifi, as well as the free t-mobile plan you can get with that carrier. Both wifi and cellular work great. Device is the perfect size for travel or knocking around the house. Great size for a reading device.

The mini 4 has some nice features. I like that I can take my iPad with me when I'm on the go.

Needed to replace my old iPad mini and love the new purchase, like the upgrades and storage

I have owned just about every model of iPad out there (I currently own a 12.9" iPad Pro 128gb wifi + cellular also), and this one is my favorite. It's the perfect size for most tasks. It's light, thin, powerful, and gorgeous. The screen looks great, the experience is smooth; it's a perfect couch companion. I also take it with me all the time. If it had the iPhone 7 plus cameras and the iPhone phone app, I'd use this for basically everything. It's that good.

Open feature allowed my friend to use it overseas.

It's all about utility. I like to dump my notebook when traveling and still have access to fast web, an eye-friendly screen and now that I can be gone all day without looking around for an outlet. The iPad Mini 4 does this near perfection. It's noticeably lighter than the previous 2 generations and honestly, feels as fast as my iPad Air 2 in the things I do most often. Can't imagine traveling without it and highly recommend this iPad.

Apple's product is always good quality, nice looking and easy to use.

Wanted an upgrade from my older iPad mini. This one fits the bill. Quick, snappy, Touch ID is nice and battery life is good. Good deals lately on mini. While I like having one of the latest gen iPhones, I'm less concerned about a new mini coming out next month as tablets just don't get the same level of upgrades and enhancements between models. This one will do me at least a couple years like the last one.

Love the multitasking. Great for reading. Reccommend with LTE.

I bought this iPad mini and am very pleased with it.

The iPad mini 4 is a considerable improvement over the mini 2. The display now has a full color gamut and is noticeably better and the RAM is now at 2GB which definitely improves performance and multitasking. I was lucky enough to get one of these while Best Buy had them on sale for 1/3 off back in January and have been extremely pleased with the device.
