Put off buying an ipad for a long time because, let's face it, they're rather pricy. I thought what could be better than her droid phone anyway but my wife wanted one and boy was I surprised. Apple is leading in the technology making the ipad so easy to use. What little I have used it (because my wife will never turn it loose) made me realize it is more conveient to use than my laptop or any smartphone. Now I wished I had bought one for myself as well.

My boyfriend bought me this model probably because he didn't like me using his. Oh well...I have the better technology than he has. Screen definitely is sharper the the iPad 2 model - much easier on the eyes. He bought me an open box item so there were minor scratches on the exterior but it's now in a case so I don't really care. Seems like this model touchscreen isn't as sensitive, especially the upper left area. Maybe that's why it was returned or maybe it's just how it is. I'd prefer a larger side area to hold the iPad when it's not in a case but that would affect the look and size ultimately. Slightly unwieldy when laying on your side. The screen either changes to the horizontal screen or I end up dropping it on myself. Maybe I'll try the iPad Mini next. That size is better, I think, for my 45-year-old eyes than the iPhone and easier to travel with than the iPad.

Great and fun product overall. Able to download free apps easily. Very user friendly, and very clear.

Everything I hoped for. I use with Lifeproof Nuud case & Zagg screen protector. So I take everywhere and use constantly. Never worry. I hate spending so much money; but no other tablet could compare. I sold my Nook; they are completely different products. If you need aTABLET, iPad is the best.

Overall this is a great product. Easy to setup, its easy to use ,and the retinal display is hypnotic.

I love my new iPad, I can take pictures and videos. I have many apps installed from a note taking to games. It's great for both entertainment and school. It's very light and portable so I can ale it anywhere, a huge difference from my bulky laptop.

I would recommend the iPad to everyone. It is so much easier to use than my previous tablet. Compatibility with my PC could be better (bookkeeping/accounting programs) but it is amazing for music and photos. I love reading books on it--portability and convenience for traveling is great! Face time with far away family is one of my favorite features.

I'm very pleased with my new iPad as an addition to having an iPhone, laptop and desktop. I’m a private investigator and wanted something very easy to use and carry, especially in the car that would somewhat help take the place of my laptop. It has turned out to be a great asset all the way around! Put the earphones in and waiting for any appointment is much more pleasant and reading e-mails, etc. is much easier than the iPhone………….

I waffled about getting a tablet, but find I really like it. I will probably only use my laptop for office applications. I had trouble right after I bought it with the first update and am a little nervous about the next update, but the apple support people were very patient, competent, and helpful walking me through the recovery process.

It has been a great product so far. It is easy to set up and use. The screen is crisp and clear.

I replaced my iPad 2. I've been very pleased with the iPad 4. I have the 32 GB, because I've never needed more, despite having many movies, books, and UpToDate loaded. I took my iPad 4 to Haiti and was thrilled with the performance in a rural area, in the poorest part of the country.

This is my third iPad and by far, the best yet! It's fast, the screen is great, and I love it!
