have used almost every ipad/pod/phone and this is one of my faves. this releases' claim to fame is the retina display. I must say, it is a very nice improvement over previous generations' displays. the only issue is that even with the faster GPU, some apps still get a bit laggy graphically. however, it is 100% possible the app causes such issues and it is not the ipad's fault at all. but, I had hoped the faster GPU would have helped compensate for poorly performing apps. but, GIGO; so, I understand. overall the best ipad money can currently buy; even if they still charge way too much for these darn things.

Although a little pricey, it is a great investment as it is very simple to use, offers great mobility, can take it practically anywhere and goes seamless with my iphone!

my first iPad and it took me a few hours to get used to it , now it works great, very fast and excellent resolution, maybe I should have bought one with more memory.

great upgrade from our previous ipad. the battery life is much better to go along with the much improved camera. the picture quality is much, much better too.

I really like my iPad it was easy to set up I didn't need anyone to help me to set it up the camera take good picture. I like the app that was in the App Store

It is an Apple iPad and is obviously state of the art. I am a 71 year old senior citizen and am not that techno savvy. My needs are simple as I wanted something that would allow me to watch TV and do emails without using much electricity. I live in N Idaho off the electrical grid and try to use as little power as possible making electricity with solar panels. My Chinese wife will deplete the batteries watching Chinese stations into the wee hours leaving me with no power. So I charge up the iPad and now I am able to watch the tube. I do have to have WiFi and the satellite TV receiver on to use the device but overall, I save juice. I am pleased but fear I may have to get another one for her. She likes being able to use it to see and communicate with her grown son in China!

I waited a long time to purchase a iPad, and I am so glad that I finally purchased for myself and also purchased one as a gift. The quality of clarity of emails to games are perfect, It was very easy to get started and use right out the box. I recommend no matter how old you are, if you use for Facebook, listening to your favorite music, sending emails or just playing games this is the perfect tablet

really enjoying my ipad it is easy to use and easy on the eyes the keyboard is a bit small from what i was used to but i will get the hang of it the more i use it.

The iPad with retina display is a great improvement over the iPad 2. The display is crystal clear, the wifi is fast, and the processing speed is much improved.

Quite faster that previous IPad version and for sure easy to work with. Definitively want to stick with Apple when comparing to the use of other brands.

This thing is huge and powerful. No lag, and gave the same joy as the iPad 2 and even better because it's Retina and the camera is great!

After a couple years with my iPad 2 it sadly was lost in a Vegas trip. I decided to upgrade to the latest instead of replacing it. I loved my iPad2 and I love the new one. The screen is amazing on the new one, but there are some apps that do not work with the retina display. Bottom line if you are buying new get the latest, if you are thinking of upgrading from a 2nd or 3rd gen, I say hold off.

Versatile and easy to use. My iPad is meant primarily for entertainment. It has a lengthy battery life and has tons of great apps. It's been a great purchase.

Great tablet if you are an Apple fan. Android users may take some time getting used to not being allowed to get into the system files without jail breaking.

I've enjoyed using the iPad that I purchased and am still learning about many of its features. It's easy to navigate between apps and is great for viewing the enlarged pics taken with my iPhone. Would recommend this product.

To start off, I am not an Apple guy. When I first started using the Ipad, I wanted to break it. My son has to use it at school, so I was forced to make it work. Once I finally gave into giving up my credit card number to Apple so he could get a free game it got a lot easier. The tablet is super nice. I setup his email really easy and he is playing games with it until school starts. I guess it is an Apple thing, but I wish it had a backspace button. Besides that, I do like it. My son loves playing games on it. I am not sure what all it does yet, but good so far.

There is not much I can add about the features of the iPad, it's been around for awhile. This is my first tablet and is the Retina display model. Screen is very crisp and clear, very good looking. I'm impressed with the speech recognition software incorporated in Siri and Dictation. Just a few years ago the Dragon software required practice so the software could recognize your speech; now just talk to it straight out of the box and it recognizes your speech.

Love this ipad with retina display. I'm using it primarily for bible resources and references. Battery life is excellent!! Very pleased with my purchase.
