I am a big fan of Apple products but also use a PC and have an android phone. I purchased this iPad for my wife who is very uncomfortable with technology and only uses her android phone as a 'phone'. What impressed me is that she learned how to use the iPad with very little help and carries it everywhere. Now that my wife has had a good user experience, she is becoming more interested in what she can do with the technology.

I just love Apple products! After using my iPhone to read emails and lock g the speed and ease of use I couldn't bare to use my laptop anymore. Decided to add another Apple product to my collection. Currently own an iPod, an iPad and just upgraded from the iPhone 4 to the 5. I like the fact that the search is always there when looking at emails u like my iPho e where I have to scroll up to the top to search. Great product!

The ipad is convenient, fast, attractive, and reliable.. Somewhat heavier than would be ideal, but manageable. Lots of apps. I am new to apple products, but, even for a pc user, it is simple and fun.

The ipad is great for keeping up with everything and anything. I got this for my husband who is not really a computer user at all and not interested in dealing with computers. But this iPad lets him EASILY be part of everything online - email, messages, photos, facebook, news, sports, music, youtube, anything online at all. He loves it!

Definitely reccomend this item. Found it very easy to use and very fast when looking things up.

iPad 4th generation is indeed a great product. You will know it once you hold one and play around with it. Excellent sharp graphics, responsive touch screen, good life on the battery and good sound make it a complete product. Some of the features found easily on many androids seem to be missing, though not a big deal perhaps app dependent. You get less free options though. Overall it is an excellent product and I like it.

Incredibly sharp screen and lighter than earlier models.

This was a gift to my parrents for thier anniversary. Suffice to say that they were new to the ipad, or any tablet. I was amazed that they were able to start using it quickly. I didn't even have to sit down with them to show them how to use it. This is a great gift for anyone of any age. Just don't forget to but them a cover too

Decent weight, not flimsy. Once I figured out how to pin a site to the home page happy with that. Again , very light touch. Bad, unable to get back yo google setup page to correct errors, issue with contacts page that even the geek squad can't figure out. Watch out playing a video as volume comes on pretty loud. Way too many ads. I find the App Store very difficult to navigate and gave up

I bought this IPad for my mother and both she and my 6-year-old niece have greatly enjoyed it. They've already loaded it up with games, including some puzzles and word searches that my father also enjoys (when I can get him to play games!). The retina display gives the screen a three-dimensionla appearance and in general, images on the screen appear sharper. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this purchase.

excellent product..amazing speed and awesome displ

I don't like that it doesn't have its own "kickstand" because its small and compact I don't want to put it in a bulky case just to be able to view it at an angle.

Very happy with my new IPad as we winter in Florida and, although we can FaceTime on our IPhones, we can see our grandchildren sooooo much larger on our IPad. Chose not to get the new Mini for this reason. It's great for reading the newspaper and books. We love it!

This was a present for my husband who has a terrible time understanding how to use computers... I wish it had come with basic intruction booklet but the people at best buy helped me set up the wifi and I picked the brain of my brother and friend on how to use basic features of the iPad, but once you get used to using it, its great! I recommend buying open boxes if you can, we could not tell the difference.

Huge difference from the 1st generation. A lot faster and the retina display is great.

Love it! I was a little hesitant about spending $499 on an Ipad, but now I am happy I did. I can see myself using this for many years to come! I use it everyday as my main tool for web surfing, email and social media outlet, and its faster than my laptop. Only thing is the missing flash player, but I can live without it.

I love my ipad it is light weight, the camera on ot is ok and it is easy to use!
