I bought a first generation iPad several years ago, and it's still working great. But in recent months I noticed it was having some issues with some of the newer apps, especially games. So off to Best Buy and I got a 4th generation iPad. This works flawlessly so far (only about 2 months old) and seems to be handling about anything I can throw at it. My only complaint is with the iOS. I'm a PC user from way back and used to being able to drag and drop files onto portable Windows based devices easily. And maybe there's an easier way than I use, but I haven't found it yet. For example, I had about a dozen pictures I wanted to transfer to the iPad to take with me so I could show the pics to friends. I got them there, but only after a lot of clicking here and there, and syncing and copying the pics to a folder that syncs with the device. But that's iOS & iTunes, and like I said, maybe I haven't found the easy way around this yet. Aside from that, the interface is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate. And even with the minor difficulty I have with a few things, this is the second iPad I've bought and I'm certain I'll have more in the future!

I bought my first ipad within weeks of the release. Had to upgrade because the newest apps I wanted were not compatible with the OS. I should have upgraded long ago. The retinal display screen is outstanding and I am enjoying the new apps, both those I use for pleasure and business. I especially like remoting into my PC.

Had to do a lot of experimenting. Thank God for tech savey kids to help us out. The product had no instructions for use or how to get Apps. On the up side it is great for traveling which is why we bought it. Nice being able to check in and upgrade our flights.

I like the new ipad. Easy to use, screen quality great.

I absolutely love my iPad and use it all of the time. It works great for taking notes in class and holds a long charge even when I'm on it nonstop. The only downfall is it takes a long time to charge back up. I'd definitely recommend this product to others.

I had a first gen iPad and a Blackberry Notebook and was looking to upgrade both of them. The Blackberry had a great camera, but the OS was very slow. The third gen iPad has a camera equal to the Blackberry and one that the 1st gen iPad did not have. So I am very satisfied with the new features, resolution, and speed of the OS.

I bought a new laptop with windows 8 and hated it so much I bought an iPad. I despise apple software but windows 8 is a new low for Microsoft. Retina display is stunning to say the least. Love watching Netflix on it and surfing the web. Great product overall

The product is sleek and well designed. It is quick and accurate when using the touch screen. A large number of Apps continues to make the device a more productive tool. The lack of a USB port does not allow for an easy way to transfer information/files.

We purchased this for our 16 month old grandchildren. They are already mastering the art of "pushing" the picture icons for the various apps. We feel it's a great product to help supplement their beginning learning of words, numbers, music, etc. We also know that it will grow with them through the ease of adding new apps.

I love this iPad 4 it does everything that the I pad 1-3 could do and it has retina display. Don't waste your money on other brands of tablets because they just don't compare. The two down falls are; camera is not good at all and you can't download adobe flash player. Overall I love this iPad! 4.8 out 5.

Screen leaves finger marks, should get a screen protector to make it always look clean. Otherwise, i love my new toy! I can check emails, play games, search internet, take and enhance pictures, etc easily. More free apps too! Heaver than the ipad mini of course but it's worth it for a bigger screen and sharper resolution.

I have had the iPad 4 for 3 months and I would not want to be without it now. It is easy to use and there are so many apps to choose from. I wish some of them came with some instructions but most are very intuitive to use. it is the perfect Internet tool!

I recently had to go out of town and was left in a home for a week with no TV, no radio, and no internet service. The game feature was a life saver when the chores were done, and idle time to spend. And showing off photos [many taken with the built-in camera], the colors and size of the screen made them rich and full.

In my view. this is a nice supplementary for ipad. It has all nice feature that carried by ipad. I like it.

Since my purchase of my I pad I find that I hardly use my laptops, I have 3, much any more. I love the speed. Battery life is excellent compared to a laptop. Take it every ware . Wi fi connection is a snap.

This is a good product for someone that doesn't have a lotta computer savvy. Easy to use, nice screen, everything you'd expect from Apple

I am visually impaired and have never used a computer. I found this easy to use and easy to see. Due to decrease feeling in my fingers it is a little hard for me to locate the side buttons. I wish I would have purchased this sooner, I am having fun playing games on it and receiving pictures from my family via email.

The iPad with Retina Display is an awesome device. A must buy. The screen is brilliant. The craftsmanship and build quality on a device at this price point is spectacular.
