    The products were to be expected, but Teddy and Cat were great!! These ladies assisted us in a return, switching wireless carriers, and upgrading devices. They were legit!! Hands down the best experience with a wireless carrier and they aren’t even wireless carriers! Their knowledge and personalities were by far the best ever! Thanks, Teddy and Cat!!!

    After 3 weeks, it has been an awkward adjustment to use a phone without a home button (iPhone 8+). The camera is awesome. It is too easy to take a screenshot with the new layout.Overall I love iPhone and I hope I get used to the new layout

    Needed to upgrade and decided on the iPhone 11. The representative, Shelby, was so knowledgeable. She took time to be sure everything was correct. She was very patient in repeating herself because I have trouble hearing. When i walked out my phone was ready to go. I didn’t have to have my grandkids set it up. LOL. My only con is the price of these phones and and as soon as it’s paid off it needs to be replaced.
