Decided to upgrade from an iPhone7 due to BestBuy offering the iPhone11 for $500. Defintely a better phone but also has a bit of a learning curve. Still getting used to the lack of a home button and have had to google some simple things, i.e., how to turn the phone off. Even with the learning curve, I'm happy with the purchase.

Forget the rest and buy the best. Apple is great in high quality feature and functionality. The camera system is far superior to any of the previous models and that’s the specific standout feature in this model. Be sure to buy your iPhone only from Best Buy because they match any offer and their service and support is superior.

Excellent phone for the money easy to use perfect size

This is my first smart phone. I was thinking about getting last year’s XR. Now I got this iPhone 11 with cheaper price . I am pretty happy with it. After I got it last month, I did go to Apple store for a class. There are so much to learn though. Since I already retired, I will spend more time for Apple classes. Thx. Apple!

Love love love it. This is my first I phone. My kids have been telling me to get one for years. Had been an android user. Was afraid I wouldn’t be able to use a lot of the technology. After 1 month I was hooked. Would never go without. Loved the color choices. Takes great photos

When I planned to upgrade From my iPhone 8s, I was very skeptical about no longer having a home button to switch and/or clear screens. Fortunately, I was able to adapt very quickly, and an in love with my new phone! My favorite new feature BY FAR is the portrait mode for the camera! The picture quality is amazing!

I’ve been an Android user for many years like so many tried and true users! However, all of my family members have iPhones. They finally convinced me to switch over and I did! I’ve never been happier with a phone. The iPhone is far more user friendly. I love the picture and sound quality as well.

Extremely pleased I upgraded from my old 6s to the 11. Only complaint so far is the annoying “notch” visible in the screen and the increase in pricing of Apple products more recently although the price for the 11 was better than the X. Particularly happy with the camera upgrades and fun new things like Memoji!

I upgraded from an iPhone 8 to 11. The phone screen is bigger than I’m used to but the performance and battery life are much improved.

Phone has great battery life and takes great photos. I still do not like the face recognition or the lack of a earphone jack.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s and it was definitely worth it! The camera is great and night mode is amazing. Android phone have had that feature but as someone who has everything in the Apple ecosystem it is nice to finally have that feature. The size of the phone is great and fits well in my hands.

This is your basic iphone 11. Overall, good performance. Good camera. No option for sd card, so memory is limited.

I upgraded because it would lower my phone bill by $20 a month. I like the phone ,The camera dose much better then the X camera . In low light pictures. It’s seem to find Bluetooth easily and overall a great phone . Have not gotten my first New phone bill from sprint yet. But I do like the IPhone 11.
