I was Helped by Emily Olivares both times when I purchased IPhone 11's for our Daughter & I. One on February 24, the Other on February 26, 2020. Emily was very knowledgeable, friendly & patient with us. She's the type of Person that needs to Work with the Public. These days it's Hard to find that kind of Customer Service Attitude. Great phone. Perfect size. No problems at all. Plus now it’s at a much lower price since it’s no longer the most current iPhone.

The perfect size of course and the clear case allows me to appreciate the color of my phone. Don't just yet how it might respond to dropping....which I don't intend to do.

i have previously owned iphones 6&7.the 11 has features that are easier to use.i do recamend this phone to those who need dependability and reliability from a phone.

Sleek, runs smooth I have no issues with it, although I would like to see the minimize screen feature implemented overall a pretty good investment for a phone!

The phone is great, of course, it’s an Apple product. The manager at Burbank store needs to get it together. All computer terminals malfunctioned. It took 2 1/2 hours to buy a phone. Employees standing around chatting while my Poor sales girl struggled. Which brings me to the main point, Reem was incredible. Though dealing with a very stressful situation ( no computer terminals functioning properly) Reem remained calm and professional. Very customer oriented and persistent. She was the reason I didn't walk out of the store and buy a phone elsewhere. She is to be commended.

I was concerned about "learning" a new phone but this phone is so much more user friendly than the one replaced!! Love to phone and its advanced features.

Like anything Apple puts out the next one is already on the way so you're 1 behind and if you want to keep up you need to buy a new phone every 6-months. Their products are generally good, not great, but functional and better than most others as far as ease of use. The constant updates are annoying.

This phone is fantastic! Unless you fancy yourself as a semipro photographer you don’t need to go higher. Got it on a promotion. Got more space for apps.

Oh dear..... trying to figure out all this new technology. It’s so nice and easy. I love all the new features. The Face ID is soo much better than the thumb Id. Soooo happy.

I simply love the new wide angle lens and night mode photography....get clear shots and control the exposure at nights .... wide angle shots lets me caputre more...love it!

iPhones have always worked well for my family and this one is no different. Very dependable and easy to use, sprint had a great deal on these they were free!

The pictures don’t do justice as to how nice the color is. Was apprehensive at first but once I opened it up I loved it. Great as far as performance goes so far
