Stopped by sprint store to check it and the sim card that came with phone wasn't working. They installed new one and phone has worked fine ever since. Might tell your stores to double check their Sim Cards.

Value and Quality

While I would have preferred to get the Pro, I chose to purchase the more financially friendly phone. With that being said I am very satisfied with that decision. The upgrades that have taken place internally are noticeable and appreciated. The phone is light and the setup process was super easy.
