I upgraded from an iPhone 6 to this iPhone 11 which is much larger, does not have the "button" to push on the screen (now need to swipe right) and does not allow charging and use of headphones at the same time - both use the same port. Definitely something to get used to. Some of my App. passwords transferred over, some did not. I'm still not sure what the difference is in having 2 cameras instead of one. Learning curve.

Best camera. Lots of good features. The swiping takes some getting use to but it is a great phone.

It's fast, the screen is beautiful and the camera takes great photos. Definitely best iPhone yet.

Great camera. learning curve is not difficult after using an I phone 6 for 4 yrs. Camera has 2 lens and self adjusts to dark surroundings. I took a picture of my veranda in the dark and it lit up the furniture as though it was daylight. I certainly have much to learn - but I dislike the options of clicking on a person's photo or name to send a message. Typing in their name and having name recognition is so much faster.

I have only had the new phone a few weeks. Really like the face ID and the updated camera works well. Would be happier if price the phones point was lower.

Upgrading from iPhone 6s+. What a huge difference. So much faster and loaded with new features.

What more can I say, camera is awesome. Larger screen than the old iPhone 7 is a huge plus.

My daughter updated her phone from the 6s to the new iPhone 11. She loves the bigger screen and the new features of the IOS 13 update. The sales associate had trouble with the SIM card but he called Verizon and they finally figured the problem out. Love that Best Buy provides great service on their phones! This mint green is beautiful too!

Thought I would miss the home button but with a little practice it's just as easy.
