Needed to upgrade my phone as I still had a 6s. I went for it & chose the 11. Love it so far. Was not hard to upgrade to Face ID. Now if I can only stop taking screen shots accidentally.

The previous phone could not longer be updated and stopped working at the worst moments. My wife liked the red color and the size of the new phone. She is happy with the new product.

It took a while and several trips back to Best Buy to fully understand how to get the most out of the new phone. It is very different from my previous phone. It is also heavier than my previous iphone.

I have absolutely "no" regrets about getting this iPhone11. It performs very well, and looks really beautiful at any angle. Great job, Apple!!!! I opted for the black, as black goes with everything.

Upgrade from IPhone 7. Same outstanding quality and performance that I have learned to expect and enjoy from Apple over the years. Also purchased one for my wife at the same time.

The camera is awesome. Very clear. It's also bigger than my Iphone 6S.

I am really pleased with my new iPhone 11. After learning a few new tricks to use now that there's no "home" button at the bottom of my phone, I don't miss the button at all.

This is a great phone. Larger than the 11 pro. The purple is very pretty. Best Buy transferred everything from my old phone to the new one without any issues. Great experience all around!

What can I say? It’s the new iPhone! Apple always hits a home run. The iPhone 11 is the perfect size and operates very smoothly just like all iPhones.

Typical Apple IPhone product. Upgraded from a 6 to the 11. Definitely some adjustments to make and had to download many apps from iCloud. Disappointed in the camera-very grainy compared to my 6. I do photography for fun so this was important. I had to upgrade 3 phones and didn’t want the added cost of the 12 or pro max.

Long time Apple folks, going back to the LC II. This phone incorporates the high quality, style and features we expect from Apple. Love the high speed processor and latest OS. This phone rocks!

Traded up from the first generation SE. Like the device functions and better camera, but still not use tp carrying around such a large phone. Maybe should have waited for next gen SE

It was time for an upgrade and the iPhone 11 exceeds all expectations. It still has many of the conveniences and nuances that are typical of an iPhone just '11' times better.

Photos are fantastic and quality is very good. Convenient of uploading and down loading information is great.

Purchased for my wife to replace her iPhone 8. She likes the larger screen over the 8. Took a few days to get used to not having the button at the bottom but everything is fine now.

This is my 4th iphone for my daughter. Features are better now and they actually reduced the price. We only get our phones at Best Buy . Quality is better now and camera is finally up to par.

Product has met expectations. Battery life has been great. Only complaint is I switched from android to Apple and it is a learning curve but device has operated flawlessly.

I’m usually the type to splurge on a Pro model, but not for this price difference. Love the base model, but make sure you get the 128 gb model if you want to play any games or save any videos.
