Purchased for wife , works as intended, cell phone , very good build quality , battery life good so far , no complaints

I was wanting a case that did not add too much bulk to my phone. This was a perfect buy. It is a slim fit and it protects the device. With an added screen protector everything is working great. I have dropped my phone several time, and still great shape and working.

I have been a long time Android user for one of two phones I use. I really like the iPhone 11 and the facial recognition security. There are features of the Note8 I will miss such as when you copy a file or link it is saved to a clipboard where I don’t believe this feature is available in iOS.

Lost my iPhone 10XR after about 3 months, lost a crapload of money, but it was faster than upgrading at Sprint.

Good phone , camera could be better although overall phone last long time

Expected the wide angle to be a little more crisp but shoots soft pretty often. Phone is great but it is what I expect from Apple.

My son loves it, of course, screen has cracked. still not enough to get fixed, but enough to be annoying

Ordered the purple iPhone 11 since they didn’t have it in store. The guy that helped us was super helpful. Came on the night of Black Friday, and we went to pick it up. The guy working was also super helpful with helping us set up the phone and activating it! Love the new phone camera!

The phone has all the benefits of my pass I phone plus it’s great under water. I’m happy with the batters life span as well .

Purchased on a BOGO deal and am really enjoying the phone. I think This phone is an improvement over my previous Android phone. Maycee at Best Buy spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were comfortable with our new purchases. She is a great asset to the Sprint team at Best Buy.

I loved this iphone color. Red is my favorite color. And, this was the smoothest phone. Fastest. And never gave me problems. Always worked and had the Face ID work with all my apps I wanted it to, without malfunctioning. I loved it. My favorite iPhone.

purchased for my niece a while back and the phone still running pretty good.

Converting from years of being an Android person makes it a bit tough. I knew it’d have it’s challenges going in. My daughter is a devout Apple-er, so she helps. We’re actually closer now. Unforeseen benefits! The selection of emojis and animated cartoons makes things more fun!

The phone is easy to use. However, Apples recent design choices of making them difficult to repair and recycle suck.

Depends on what you’re looking or needing from a phone but I do miss the finger touch option verses the face scan.

Best Buy staff was extremely helpful in providing comparative info for a few different phones I was considering purchasing. Store had curb side pick up only and their staff took their time reviewing products with me. I will definitely buy again from this location!
