It’s nice because it has a bigger screen then my iPhone 7 Works well so far no problems. Price is too high!

Kind of hard to get used to it after always owning a Samsung phone. The applications are different. I like to have a theme and wallpaper for free. The iPhone doesn’t offer many options as Samsung, so that is my only downfall so far with my new iphone11.

This is a much better IPHONE with a great camera. Definitely improved on video and photo production. GREAT BUY!

Recently purchased for iPhone 11 and offers fantastic protection. Accidentally dropped on parking lot and no damage. Also the case provides good grip while holding in hand. Some cases can feel slippery, this one does not. Highly recommend.

My wife had the iPhone 6 before this, and says she loves the upgrades and the phone very much. No regrets on this purchase. Got a good price. They never told us about the activation fees that were coming in the bill, but guess that should have been expected.

Similar size to my IPhone 8 however the screen itself is bigger. I do miss having a button though...

I love almost everything about this phone. If it had a fingerprint scanner for an alternate ID and a audio jack it would be the perfect 4G phone for me. A pandemic is a bad time for facial recognition. And I still miss the audio jack.

Came in to get a new phone, but not sure what I needed. Then the salesman turned into a consultant, led me to exactly what I need, and advised me on the size of memory and various protection items. Could not have done it without the Best Buy rep.

My husband has really liked this phone. He made the switch from a Galaxy and he says the transition has been pretty easy. His only complaint is the iCloud storage. He believe is is too minimal and you shouldn’t have to buy more.

The phone is better than the 7 and has great features. Still looking at al lit does.

Teenage wanted a phone; this works great for him. Easy to monitor and watch what teen son is up to.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. To say she loves it would be an understatement! The overall size of the phone is smaller than her 8 Plus she previously had and she loves that. Extremely happy with this purchase so far!

Loves the two cameras and the color of the phone . Holds more pictures then last phone

I'm a little biased to the color red since it is a favorite of mine. This makes a premium phone look and feel more exclusive. It's like getting a pair of sneakers in a color that no one else has around.

Great phone, but I prefer the I-phone 11 pro. Good phone for the price, though.

I was looking at an 11pro max, but this was free for joining sprint. Really hard to pass up free! I had a 7 plus, and I don’t notice the size difference. The wife had the 11 pro max and I can hardly tell the difference there either.
