moving up... couldn't justify the cost difference in the 11's did increase the gigs to 128

Having had an android phone before, there is a learning curve getting used to an iPhone. However, I think I’ll like it a lot once I get used to it. I only wish it had come with a QuickStart Guide with just the basics.

Was an iphone user in earlier years but branched out to other companies and phones. But I am glad I have returned to the Apple family. I am still learning all of the great features and improvements of older ones. Love my new iphone.

My child has had this phone for about a month. So far it is working just like they had hoped. We haven’t had any problems or mishaps. They’ve had an iPhone before, so it is easy for them to work a newer version.

Love my iPhone 11, huge upgrade over my iPhone 8+ and at a really great price. The design is sleek, the body and glass are very durable: being both shatter Resistant and water resistant. Highly recommend!

After two years, didn't want to spend top $$ on a new phone since most of them still are great at the lower price point. The 11 is perfect for what it does...maybe it doesn't have 3 lenses or size, but it does the job!

The staff at the Best Buy on Ogden Road is the best ever. I bought three cell phones in 90 days. I came back for two more after the cell manager did such a great job on my 11pro. Just fantastic service.

This phone works great. We love our iPhones. Daughter dropped hers down into 20 feet of water and about after 20 minutes under water it still worked great. No issues.

Awsome service at our neighborhood Best Buy. Purchased IPhone 11 for my wife and I. We were both long time Samsung users but have come to love these IPhones. We both highly recommend these phones and Beat Buy service!!

iPhones should come with a case, but until that time, buy one fro Tech21. This case is subtle, gender neutral, not too bulky with great protection. Might be able to find it Online or price match it for a better deal.

The color is beautiful. I was a little worried because the color in the picture was very pastel. Once I received the phone the color is nothing like the photo. It is a really nice color for male or female.

My children seem to enjoy their phones. They enjoy the xtra storage.

Store WiFi was down so it was difficult to set up my new phone and transfer data from my old one. Took almost 2 hours to get the some somewhat working. The staff was great, not there fault about the WiFi, I asked if they were able to rest there WiFi, they did. Not have Access to do this. I had to drive 45 mins home with a phone that would only receive calls...

A good phone...not a great phone. Performs well but is expensive

My son love it. The two cameras are awesome. My son love taking pictures now.
