Got a decent price but samsung I still prefer to apple

Ryan was exceptionally helpful in setting up my phone. He was very patient. However, I only know a thimbles worth of what this phone can do. I need a kindergarten class to help me.

Wonderful new iphone, love the camera functions on it.

I brought the I phone 11 and it was the best thing I could have ever purchase. I had the 6S for years and it was paid for. But I decided to try something new, Great decision.

The phone is good. However I do miss the Home button.

I purchased an iPhone 11 and so far so good! No problems and it has been easy to handle and has been easy to catch on to the new features!! I am well pleased!!

My wife loves this phone. It takes her a little getting used to the upgrades from her 6. Screen is very touchy and finding where things are( short cuts)

This is my first iPhone from years of being an Android user. Very efficient system to use and the keyboard is a much better to utilize, love this has swipe typing option as well.

What needs to be said about it, it's an IPhone. This was to replace an IPhone X that was stolen, and my daughter is ecstatic about the new phone, she absolutely loves it!

I bought this iPhone 11 for my grandmother. She had an iPhone 6; so, she was definitely due for an upgrade. She is so happy. She loves the bright red color.

Went to Best Buy and it was there waiting for me, no lines! On the launch day! Apple store on the other hand had a 2 hour wait :)

The phone works perfectly. The features on the phone are out of this world and I highly recommend shopping with Best Buy

Had the iPhone X prior to this. So far it seems less buggy & more responsive. Love the new camera features/capabilities. Other than that, seems like a typical apple product.

I bought this phone about 2 weeks ago. For me and my wife this was a new phone in 5 years. Yes we loved our iPhone 6 for a long time but of course the phone speed and memory was a concern. Now that we have 2 brand new iPhone 11 no longer speed or memory is an issue. Everything opens very fast

I originally showed up wanting the flex lease, seeing the $15/mo deal and deciding it was worth switching my girlfriend and myself over. They told us it would be the same thing (price wise) to do monthly installments, plus we could chose to upgrade for free in 12 months, instead of paying for the iPhone forever $5/mo deal (which was our plan). Our bill ended up being double for the phones/mo.. which confused us.. then one day our plan just spontaneously SWITCHED from monthly installments to the flex lease, and now we’re paying $15/mo like we originally wanted. Plus the iPhone forever plan’s included somehow. Idk what in the hell is goin on but I’m just glad it worked in our favor. If you plan to get this phone through sprint at Best Buy then I pray it works out for you in the end too. Just don’t expect it to be a smooth ride along the way.

This phone replaced my IPhone 8 which had performed quite well. This phone takes a little getting used to, however, once you go through the tutorial it gets easier to use.

The associate was friendly and knowledgeable. New phone activated, data transferred and accessories installed in a flash. This is the norm with Best Buy,,,
