I still have not received it. Have been waiting for this phone to come in the mail when it said it’d be here March 30th.

Things are good so far Only had the phone a week. If you don't like something after a week you know it is bad. I still like it but not in love with it yet.

It's very expensive. If you have an Iphone 7 or 8 that works fine then save your money. It is the same thing.

Have used an iPhone since 2008 and loved all versions. This iPhone (11 running IOS 13.3) is NOT user friendly!

Works good don't like fact you can't do finger print a little difficult to figure out how to use it

Excellent phone, vibrant color, great feel in hand. Easy to use, camera is high quality and has so many functions. Intuitive features as expected from Apple with several upgrades from both the prior models.

Not a bad phone. No home button which is good for me

Not only this Iphone Pro 11 is super expensive but also it is a major downgrade from previous versions. For instance, (1) it does not even provide the correct time by finding the correct time zone like a basic $30 phone is capable to do. After spending over 4hrs (this is not a typo!) in the Apple store, the technician could not fix it and asked for a complete reset. It did not fix the issue and it was found out afterward Apple is fully aware of this major bug!! (2) it sometimes freezes, and does not react to your finger touch What it does well, is to take a little bit more of your privacy (one more step forward from these big corporations) with their face recognition whereas the finger print touch not available anymore was working so well from previous versions

I expect more from a phone you pay that much for especially apple

Good phone for the price but if like cameras the 11 pro is better

Noone explained how the phone worked. Was told to go home and activate it as it would take to long at the store. Was not offered insurance. Very disappointed with service. Still trying to figure out how my phone works.

Product quit working after couple days. Defective product vs T-Mobile sprint combining. Sprint not helpful in fixing. Best Buy worked hard and found a substitute but took 6 hours at 2 stores.

sale associate who took care of us was not very friendly. He rushed through the sale and wasn’t very informative. He seemed like we were bothering him when the Verizon guy called him over to help us. He asked what color iPhone I wanted and instead of checking if they had the color i asked for he continued to say he didn’t know if they had it. He ended up walking over and checking if they had the color i asked for and they did. He seemed very annoyed. I won’t be purchasing future products through this store. The phone itself is ok. Not a fan.

I have always bought my phones at Best Buy, this time I purchased a IPhones 11 and it’s been nothing but trouble. I went back on the 17th day of purchase but they said I couldn’t exchange it. I work for a funeral home and I need a reliable phone, when people call me they can’t hear me answer the phone, I always have to call them back, it’s very frustrating especially because it’s a new phone. I hope someone reading this can help. Thank you!

Not happy with Iphone. Managing photos & music is not easy & very frustrating & difficult compared to my old android.

Had the phone a little over a week.After a 6 minute call the the person you’re speaking with all the sudden can’t hear you! I use this phone for work so it’s becoming a major problem. Called my carrier and the have no clue what is wrong....so I have to make time to drive to the Apple store (2 hour round trip)....Major inconvenience! About to give up on Apple products!!!!

Apple products have let me down for awhile now. I wasn’t impressed with the iPhone 11
