Very easy to use. I seamlessly went from a 6S Plus to the 11 with no problems. Love the camera. I didn't have all these modes on my old phone. Purchased more gigs because this is my computer that I can use to make phone calls!

I had a 7 and loved it but became very glitchy and moved to this. Love the yellow, camera and video are great! It is larger and heavier than than the 7 but the larger screen is much easier to see and love some of the new upgrades.

Grabbed this great color as a Christmas present for my daughter. The price is lower than the other iPhone 11 models and still has a nice sized screen and a great camera, among all the other aspects that make the iPhone great.

Trade in phone for my 17yo daughter from a 6S--so of course she is flying high. Plenty of data storage. Love the color choices, she picked red. camera seems to be good and lots of storage for all those pictures. Loved the fact that the employee at Best Buy was able to transfer everything for her and it was up and ready to use as soon as we walked out the door. And we got some trade-in $$ for her old one. Happy camper!

Had an iPhone se until I got this one. Pretty much the same to use other than the lack of button. A little bit of a learning curve without the button, but simple to figure out. Nice big screen and camera is really nice.

Got a great deal on my upgrade with Black Friday deal can’t beat the sale with my trade in. The iPhone 11 takes phenomenal pictures , got the 128 gb to have lots of storage . As always apple delivers with these new iPhones .

Went from an iPhone 6s to iPhone 11. Was a great % off deal. Put it on a payment plan too which makes it affordable. Getting used to the differences from the 6s. Love, love , love that they had a purple one.

The phone has an easy learning curve and the transfer to it from my iphone 5 was so very easy! The pictures from the camera in this iphone are marvelous, crisp and clean. Such a sharp image with the camera in this iphone 11.

Easy to use, bit of a learning curve for the first day but all is good now. Love the increased storage,plenty of room for all my stuff.

I originally Purchased the 11 Pro Max. It’s a great phone, but I started noticing it was giving me nasty headache through the day. No matter the brightness. I ended up finding out that since they’re using OLED screen in the 11 pros, it exhibits a phenomenon called PWM. You can research it. Not everyone is effected, but I am. And I had to return it. With that out of the way, I can tell you how much I love my 11! It’s got a traditional LCD screen that looks great, and has all of the important stuff the pro’s have. AND it’s cheaper. WAY cheaper. Only issue I have is getting used to holding it. I’ve been using iPhone Plus models for years, so going to something more narrow will take some adjusting. Otherwise, epic device really.

I got the iphone 11 to replace my iphone 7, the new camera is far nicer and take great photos. I like the speed of the phone, the facial login over the pass code login and I like that the home button has gone away.

Excellent battery life, camera, screen quality, speakers, call quality, build quality and just the right amount of storage capacity. I wish the device was a tad smaller but, you can’t have it all.

My wife and I decided to trade in our 7 Plus phones and we are very glad we did. The 11's battery life is so much better than our old phones, not to mention it has a bigger screen and is lighter.

I really love my new iPhone. The graphics are wonderful. The quality of the pictures are amazing. It is very easy to use especially coming from an iPhone 6.I am very pleased with my iPhone.

Enjoying the camera options and not having to worry about up dating apps is great! Mine is green but they have other colors as well including purple. A little heavier than other iPhones. The price is great!

Love this phone. I have owned this phone for about 4 weeks and I like the battery life the camera. Best Buy did a great job transferring the old phone to the new phone with no problems. Very happy!!!

I was frantic. My iPhone 6 was out of memory, I was planning my mother’s funeral and needed to have a phone that worked. The salesperson was absolutely awesome!!! He took care of the transfer and everything went perfectly! I wish I could remember his name. I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with service. I bought this for my mother, she transitioned from a galaxy note 3! So when I asked her what she thought of it she tells me she loves the camera and that the functionality is easy to pick up.

If you have ever owned, or even just briefly used an iPhone before, it hasn't changed much. I bought this for my mom, upgrading her from an iPhone 6. I chose it because it's essentially unchanged and she would not have to learn how to use a new smartphone. The only change she had to get used to was the lack of a button (swiping up instead of the button), and the option of the facial recognition. Great transition for her and it replaced that older iPhone, which had a battery that lasted all of 10 minutes unplugged. If you like cameras, go for the more expensive iPhone Pro. Otherwise, this is a great phone that will do whatever you'd like it to.

The new battery life is awesome. I really like the ease of setting up of facial recognition. I love the clarity of the photos. However, it is a pain to set up new passwords for all the apps.
