I really like this new iPhone. The screen is a little bigger than my last one and I got this phone with 256 gig of storage to hopefully ensure I don’t run out down the road. I ordered it online from the Best Buy website and they made it simple to transfer the number with Verizon and make sure I knew what to do to get all my apps onto the new phone. The whole process couldn’t have been easier and I didn’t have to sit foot in the store. Best Buy kept me updated with tracking and the phone arrived on time. I’ll definitely use this process for my next Best Buy purchase.

I upgraded my iPhone 6S Plus to iPhone 11. I can see a big difference in performance. I like that there no home button and you have much bigger steen estate. Camera is just amazing and you can do a lot more with it. If you do not want to spend a lot of money for iPhone 11 Pro and also do not want to buy a chipper and less advance model like iPhone SE, this iPhone is just for you. At the time of buying BestBuy offered a $50 gift card with was a good deal.

Great phone! Replaced my 6 year old iphone 6 plus that had started to stop functioning in many ways. Camera is great and phone is very fast to do just about anything. My plain old 4G connection is extremely fast to download websites. Much quicker than my old phone. Only drawback is having to relearn how to do some things differently than on my old phone. Not having the home button is a bit more difficult for me.

This phone replaced my 2ish year old iPhone 8, and I am very happy with it to this point. Same great quality Apple is known for with some fitting new features. Battery life has been great, and I've quickly adapted to using Face ID instead of my thumbprint and to not having a Home button.

The phone does not have a home button like our previous phones. However, getting used to the new system was very easy. The lack of the home button makes the screen bigger and easier to read. I have had some problems with the phone freezing and making it necessary to reboot the phone.

I love the size of the 11. I have avoided the larger products because I like to be able to text 1-handed if needed and the smaller screen was adequate for my purposes. The face recognition is quick and the lack of the home button is not the adjustment I expected.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s so compared to that this phone is awesome. The picture quality is so crisp. I thought I would have a hard time without the home button but I adjusted pretty quickly. All in all, I love this phone. I am very happy with my purchase.

It is a great phone, I had the 8 plus for 2 years. This phone was a big change prior to having a home button, but I got used to within a day! I don’t think I could go back to another iPhone with a home button. Great phone, would totally recommend it! It is the perfect size.

I have loved this phone so far. The cameras are great and I have gotten good use out of them. The face recognition is cool. Not having a home button was weird but I am getting used to it.

My daughter broke her screen on her XR. After talking to the Geek Squad and a sales guy, they convinced us to not put any extra money towards the XR and to upgrade to the 11. It made sense because the screen replacement was $200, so instead of fixing the old one, we put that money towards a new one and were told that we would be able to trade her XR in with the broken screen. Ordered the phone online and it arrived one day earlier than promised! Happy kid and a happy mom.

Same iPhone, just newer internals and camera. No home button but the new way is easy to get used to.

Works great. Love the camera. Tough getting used to no home button, but getting better at it.

My wife dropped her nearly 3 year old iPhone 7 and it made a small crack in the screen. It has long been paid for and the battery sucked so it was well worth updating vs paying $150 for a new screen and $50 for a new battery. So far the function is great...at least until Apple updates 5 more times and sucks the battery life in it. Still our choice over any other phones, and easier than going to Verizon, plus we get Best Buy pts.

I love the I-phone, I was surprised I didn’t miss the home button at all. The camera is excellent.

Upgrade!!! I love it. The camera is awesome and barely notice not having the home button.

Typical flagship iPhone that was more affordable than usual. Odd thing the screen seems to scratch easily compared to previous iterations.
