    Charles that sold me the phone was amazing, in explaining the phone. Bring technically challenged, he explained everything in words I could understand. Thanks Charles, your awesome!! I do not understand how after spending hundreds of dollars on a phone, the manufacturer does not include a manual. This doesn't make any sense??
