Excellent communication and nice service, great camera and better battery as well

Upgraded to iPhone 11Pro. Everything but my call log transferred from old phone I haven’t taken any special pictures to test the camera capability so I can’t speak to that I like it that this model is a little smaller than my XR- fits in my hand better and in my jeans pocket and the cup holder in my car!

This phone is great! The cameras are a huge improvement over my iPhone 6. I only had one issue and that wasn’t with Apple. Best Buy didn’t inform me that I would need to call AT&T to set up my voicemail. When I called back to the store, the customer service rep was not friendly or helpful. I hope this serves as reminder to make sure your voicemail is activated before leaving the store.

Not going to say like most Apple fan boys, “best iPhone every!”. I will say this is the same great iPhone we’ve been accused to seeing but the camera is excellent. The night pictures are truly outstanding and words can’t really describe how great it is. You have to take pictures at night and see for yourself.

Great phone as as expected from Apple! I needed to upgrade from my 7 Plus and this was my next phone when I saw it. Quality is great and the weight of it adds to the feel. Smaller than my 7 Plus but bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. Also able to sell my old phone for some money towards this upgrade.

Great phone, I only use it for business purposes. Still learning about the different features on the phone. I only purchased this one because they stop selling the IPhone 11 Pro Max, which is what I really wanted. It does take beautiful pictures and have so many things to offer. I would definitely recommend this phone.

Notable speed and performance improvements and the cameras are the best part of the phone. Still adjusting to not having a home button like my iPhone 8 had
