    We came to purchase this phone for my daughter because AT&T didn't have this model in stock. It was our first time buying a phone from BB. The technicians help to set up the phone as if you purchased it from AT&T. The only complaint that I have it has we purchased a screen protector and asked them to install it. BB charges $7 in addition to the cost of the screen protector to install it. Daughter loves the phone.

    Apple still hasn’t added a balance feature for the native camera app. There seems to be some system issues with loading video after recording. I’m sure it will be fixed but not the usual polished Apple experience. Love the sound, responsiveness is super smooth. The Ultra wide angle is a great addition. There’s, more but it’s all over YouTube.
