    Had phone for barely 2 weeks & the camera won’t work, which means the Face ID won’t work. Now had to make appointment w/ geek squad to see what is happening to phone & get diagnostics run on it.

    Nothing but problems getting this thing up and running. three trips to the store just to be able to have a useable phone! It seems to have a mind of its' own. It actually made a call by itself sitting on the counter. Strange... Overall, the sounds are inconsistent; ringtones are "tinny" and annoying; it doesn't seem to like pairing with my vehicle, it adds extra weight to my handbag and doesn't fit well in the pockets built into most handbags, even new ones, etc. Bottom line, it is not as good as my very old iPhone 6.

    I’m still getting used to its are size and the way it operates I was used to my iPhone 5se which was a lot smaller. I’m sure that my evaluation will increase with time. Otherwise it is fast with a clearer screen.
